Remaining teams in the NBA Conference finals

 The final four in the NBA final are the Denver Nuggets, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics.  I do believe that these teams had the best results over all this season and all four teams had good records as well.  I think that the Boston Celtics will win it all.  Boston fought and demolished a team with an NBA MVP player, Joel Embid.  Boston can easily beat Miami.  They have played them before but did loose to them 95-98, but i believe Boston has gotten better overall and have fixed there mistakes from this season, and can have a chance to win it all.

Bronny James, son of Lebron James, has announced his commitment to the Trojans program.  James spent his last four years at Sierra Canyon High School.  He chose USC over his other offers, which where Ohio state and Oregon.  Now that he is committed to USC, Bronny James will continue his basketball and education career in his home state and will stay close with his family as well. 

James has had a meteoric rise in the recruiting rankings during his high school basketball career.  James is currently listed as the number 33 nationally in the 2023 class.  Once Bronny James officially signs with USC, he will join and team up with five-star pint guard Isaiah Collier out of Wheeler Highschool.  Isaiah is ranked as the number 1 prospect of the class of 2023.

James will compete for playing time with four other guards next season.  Fifth year senior Boogie Ellis, Collier and the returner Kobe Johnson are certain starters.  Sharp shooter Oziyah Sellers is the other guard who will fight for a spot in the Trojans rotation.  Johnson can also play forward.

Basketball is more than a sport

Basketball is a great way to stay active and healthy.  There's a trill that comes with making a shot or making a great pass, and the sense of teamwork that comes with playing with others.

Top 10 high school basketball players in Illinois

1.)Asa Thomas, SF, Lake Forest- The 6-foot-7, 185-pound small forward has been a star on the AAU circuit for the Illinois Wolves during his high school career, but has also impressed while on the court at Lake Forest. As a junior, Thomas averaged 17.4 points per game, showcasing his smooth shooting stroke.

2.)Brock Harding, PG, Moline- A 6-foot, 155-pound point guard, Harding was a Class 4A first-team all-state player for Moline in 2021-22, averaging 19.3 points and 5.6 assists. defender and scorer who also racked up 93 steals last season while shooting 56% from the field and 82% from the free-throw line.

3.)Davius Loury, PF, Kenwood Academy- Loury is a strong scorer who can shoot well and can finish at the basket. He has also become a valuable defender for the Broncos in part thanks to his length at 6-foot-7.

4.)Miles Rubin, PF, Simeon- At 6-foot-9, Rubin moves well while also maintaining a strong presence inside. Last season at Simeon, he averaged around 16 points and 10 rebounds per game, helping lead the Wolverines on a trip to the state tournament

5.)Dalen Davis, PG, Whitney Young- At 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, Davis is one of the smaller players on this list, but his talent stacks up with just about anyone. A solid shooter, attacker of the basket and terrific passer, Davis led Whitney Young to a Chicago Public League title last season, and will look to do the same in 2022-23.

6.)Owen Freeman, PF, Moline- Freeman spent his first three seasons playing at Bradley-Bourbonnais where he averaged double-doubles each of the past two seasons, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds per game as a junior. A strong scorer inside and out who also moves quickly for his size,

7.)Macaleab Rich, SF, East St. Louis- the 6-foot-7, 225-pound forward will put a cap on what has been a strong career for the Flyers. Last season as a junior, Rich averaged 19.2 points and 10.9 rebounds while shooting 55% from the field.

8.)Cameron Christie, SG, Rolling Meadows- averaging 14 points for Rolling Meadows as a sophomore, Cameron took a big leap forward in his junior season, scoring 22 points per contest. The 6-foot-5 guard is a natural scorer but also a versatile player who has plenty of length.

9.)Dai Dai Ames, PG, Kenwood Academy- A quick player, solid defender and strong passer, Ames can also score with the best of them whether it is shooting or getting to the hoop. As a junior, the 6-foot-1 point guard proved just that, averaging 24 points along with five assists and three steals.

10.)Jeremy Fears Jr., PG, Joliet West- Fears Jr. has had his high school basketball journey come full circle as he returns home to play for Joliet West this season.
